Als je van barbecue houdt, dan moet je minstens \u00e9\u00e9n keer in je leven bij ons hebben gegeten. Perfectie? Die schuilt in de eenvoud. Bij ons geen liflafjes, maar vlees zoals vlees hoort te smaken. Big juicy steaks om je vingers bij af te likken. Rib-eye die je nooit meer gaat vergeten. Zo van de grill. Even knipperen met je ogen als je binnenkomt. Dan heerlijk wegzakken in de leren sofa\u2019s bij de open haard: d\u00e9 setting voor een eerste date of zakelijk dineren met een eigenzinnig tintje. Castell is zo\u2019n plek waar iedereen zich thuis voelt. Waar je alles los kunt laten: even niets, even weg, gewoonweg genieten. Een etentje is er nooit gewoon, een ontmoeting nooit ver weg.
